In this role you will:

  • Assist with process modeling to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes
  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community
  • Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
  • Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the product or project.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders, or delegated member of the applicable business group, to create a Business Requirement Specification (BRS) document
  • Facilitate communication and awareness of the standards and quality expectations of the stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Development team to create documents such as a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document

You will need to have:

  • BSc of Computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalents
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Effective Time Management
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong technical and business writing skills
  • Knowledge of technical and grammatical editing
  • Experience in customer requirements gathering
  • Experience in using TFS.
